Their analytical skills, communication abilities, and understanding of both business and technology will be essential in achieving successful outcomes:Facilitating communication and collaboration between the program office and internal/external stakeholders to support program objectives and IT initiatives. Creating, maintaining, and presenting reports, briefings, and training materials to ensure clarity and alignment among all parties involved.Providing functional expertise in various aspects of outreach, including outreach strategy development, curriculum development, outreach delivery, and technology-based outreach.Gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented for development teams. Conducting research and perform technical analysis on assigned topics, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
