Lead Service Specialist

If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesHospitality Services including maintaining visitor's offices, conference rooms and collaboration spaceAssign production tasks to team membersWork independently on print/copy/scan production assignments without direct supervisionEnsure all projects have been properly completed and quality checkedWork to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveriesFood service and meeting room configurationAssist management with training new hires on all processesOther duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities && receptionQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environmentAbility to lead others in a professional mannerStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaintsAbility to multitask with attention to detailWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timePreferred Shift: 10:30a.m to 7:30p.mThe Compensation range for this role is up to 22.00 USD per hour.
