Tomorrow's Hope is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ICF-ID team with an hourly wage of $28.00-$30.00 DOE.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Requirements:

- Current LPN license in the state of [insert state]

- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills

- CPR certification
