- Cybersecurity leadership support (CISO / executive level)
- Strategy → execution (OKRs, KPIs, roadmap delivery)
- Program/PMO management + Agile
- Executive communication, reporting, presentations
- Cross-functional leadership (Legal, Finance, HR, IT)
- Cyber domain knowledge ( GRC, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security )
- Budget/vendor management
- Translate CISO strategy into execution roadmap
- Manage security programs, governance, and planning cycles
- Lead executive cadence (staff meetings, board reporting)
- Act as CISO proxy in leadership forums & decisions
- Oversee global cybersecurity initiatives & PMO
- Drive budget, vendor, and headcount planning
- Prepare board-level presentations (risk → business impact)
- Support incident response coordination & change management
- Bachelor's (Cybersecurity/IT/Business)
- 10-15+ years experience (5+ in cybersecurity/tech)
- 7+ years leadership / management
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Medtronic or healthcare industry experience
- Advanced degree
- Deep leadership across multiple cyber domains
