Prozone logistics is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building long-term business relationships, and helping customers find the right packaging solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
- Visit existing and potential customers to present our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred (B2B sales is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
