What You'll Do As a Counselor/Therapist, you'll serve as a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team by: Providing individual and group counseling Completing biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Developing and updating individualized treatment plans Helping clients achieve treatment goals and advance through levels of care Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and clinical leadership Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with OhioMHAS, CARF, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements Participating in treatment team meetings and clinical collaboration Building therapeutic relationships that encourage long-term recovery Qualifications Required LSW LPC

LCDC III

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Preferred LISW LPCC

LICDC
