Shift Manager – KFC / Taco Bell Part Time, HERNANDO, MS, US. Salary Range: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour. Join the West Quality KFC/TACO BELL family and find a great career. We value every employee and rely on their contributions to operate a successful restaurant. The hourly Shift Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. They are accountable for directing the restaurant team and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operation, including food safety, training, guest service, product preparation, inventory management, cash policy execution and overall restaurant performance. What do you need to bring to the table? Positive, upbeat attitude and strong leadership skills—ready to embrace company culture. Willingness to take on new challenges and thrive on being challenged. High standards in food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality; hold the team accountable, lead by example, and enjoy leading. Motivation for the restaurant team and active guest interaction. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to learn and willingness to grow.
