Position Responsibilities

• Assist in helping our Customer Success team with internal projects
• Attend Deltek Sessions
• Develop professional and technical skills through shadowing Deltek Consultants, Customer Success Managers and Renewal and Growth Specialists
• Passion for Customer Service
• Interest in problem solving
• Collaborate with other team members
• Display professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college program
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, learning, hands-on environment
• Excited to learn new technologies and processes
• Works collaboratively in a team environment
• Displays excellent communication skills including presentation and written communication skills
• Interested in learning about Customer Success
• Works effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills, internet skills, and Office365 skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities
• Self-motivated and proactive team member, who will utilize time efficiently, share knowledge, and be receptive to others' ideas
• Strong will to be inquisitive and learn

The U.S. hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity. Benefits and perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of employment with Deltek.
