Providing updates to management as needed.Top 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, InstallingMust have: Troubleshooting BSOD's Understanding of the Windows 10 boot process Command line tools for diagnosing connectivity issues Driver updates/driver issue diagnosis Email send/receive issues software performance troubleshooting Thorough understanding of TCP/IP protocol Event log diagnosis Mobile device management. CCNA recommended
