Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage store opening and closing, staffing levels, and safety protocols. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Order merchandise to meet stock targets and oversee inventory accuracy. Ensure merchandise presentation, signage, and pricing adhere to standards. Maintain cash handling and security procedures, ensuring financial integrity. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive store environment. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper tool/equipment availability. Complete documentation accurately and timely, following company policies. Qualifications & Skills Ability to read, interpret documents, and perform basic math calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 55 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods.
