Mental Health Pro (PLPC/LMSW) - ACT Team, Baton Rouge

RadNet, Inc. is looking for a committed Mental Health Professional to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this full-time position, you will work as part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, providing individual and group therapy to clients with severe mental health conditions. Candidates must possess an active PLPC/LMSW license and a driver's license in Louisiana. The role also includes creating treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining clinical documentation.
