Sr. Technical Recruiter Location: Remote | Night Shift Experience: 2-4 Years Job Description: Understand job requirements and match resumes accordingly. Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment. Work on W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements. Source candidates via Internal Databases, Dice, LinkedIn, job portals. Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates. Coordinate with BDMs/ Account Managers for roles. Negotiate rates and availability with candidates. Maintain pipeline and daily submissions. Requirements: Strong experience in US IT Recruitment. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Interest in IT technologies and US hiring process. Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT discipline (Preferred: B. Tech IT, BCA, MCA, B. Tech CSE, BSC IT, B.
