About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Commercial Real Estate Partner to join Westchester County’s premier commercial real estate and development practice group in White Plains, NY. This boutique powerhouse (~24 attorneys) has served as the legal architecture behind the region’s most iconic, skyline-defining commercial developments, represent premier developers, financial institutions, and REITs in multi-million-square-foot projects. This position offers a rare and lucrative succession opportunity : the incoming Partner will immediately service an existing, high-volume book of business while working alongside a retiring senior partner to ensure a seamless client transition. No initial portable book of business is required. Responsibilities Lead and manage sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including construction loans, acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and joint venture agreements. Represent real estate developers, REITs, and commercial lending institutions in complex financing transactions. Oversee and close complex New York commercial construction loans. Work collaboratively with retiring partner to manage, nurture, and grow existing institutional client relationships. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of sophisticated, high-level commercial real estate transactional experience. Loan Expertise: Proven track record of closing NY commercial construction loans ($1M–$150M+). Practice Focus: Must be a dedicated transactional commercial real estate attorney (litigation backgrounds will not be considered). Client Portfolio Experience: Broad experience representing developers and commercial lenders (developer-side experience strongly preferred). Active admission to the New York State Bar. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $600,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. (Additional compensation includes: 25% profit bonus + discretionary bonus [$10k–$25k] + 20% origination bonus on originated business).
