A leading global organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contract Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting operations and onboarding activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruiting coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, and capable of executing onboarding and recruiting support functions with accuracy and professionalism while working independently within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and onboarding activities for new hires
• Coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting logistics
• Conduct reference checks and support offer coordination
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding processes for new employees
• Process employee status changes and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct exit interviews and update internal systems accordingly
• Track onboarding progress and ensure completion of required steps
• Respond to candidate and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate onboarding or process issues when necessary
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, documentation standards, and SLAs
• Support reporting, data entry, and recruiting administration tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 02 years of experience in recruiting, HR, onboarding, administration, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to follow structured processes and documentation standards
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry, and internal systems
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong professionalism and customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR support, or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with compliance, screening, relocation, or immigration processes
• Experience supporting multiple teams, business units, or geographic regions
• Ability to identify process improvements and workflow inefficiencies
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or high-volume environment
