Technical Must Haves
Must have hands on experience with Python and SQL. Need to have at least SOME BASIC experience with SAS and Spark (the legacy system is on SAS, they need to be able to work with it). In addition, they need to have experience with Data analysis, validation, and testing - using Python and SQL. Preference for Tableau reporting experience, but it's not required.
Job Description
Single Family Modeling team has requested assistance in support of a model application/data project and various modeling, data support, analytics and reporting activities.
- Contractor will perform various tasks throughout HVE Redesign project, including HVE rewrite for Phase 2 and PRD data integration, data model edits in PRD for validation & update of HVE rewrite Phase 2 code, requirement development and HVE rewrite for Phase 3 and mid-month data ingestion
- Contractor will engage in routine HVE monthly run and performance monitoring activities, and will participate in HVE related initiatives such as benchmark model, county level hyperparameters, live HVE, AVMetrics project and other HVE model changes.
- Contractor will work on ACE revamping due to switch PRD and ACE translator.
- Contractor will support other CMA business need in addition to HVE, including building and testing process to load PRD data to Snowflake and, developing and enhancing the capability of effectively using the data in PRD for analytics and reporting with reasonably fast performance, adding various new data such as new source appraisal data to PRD and then Snowflake, and running property type API process.
