HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.Job Description & Requirements

General Information

Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 5 ORs, 1 Cysto room. Typically run 4-5 ORs a day

· Patient Ratios : N/A

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Daily boardrunner, one circulator, one scrub, one FA staffed to each room. Total joint procedures require additional scrub or FA.

· Type of equipment :

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: Full time hours, 1-2 late shifts a week. Call is rotating weekends.

· Floating policy: Typically do not float. In the event of low volume, opportunities provided in other departments of surgical services (within scope)

· Patient Experience requirements: Experience with Ortho and spine preferred as these are our primary service lines. General, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, ENT, podiatry, bariatric, robotic services present at our facility.

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS required

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have :

CST- must have scrub technician certification and BLS

RN Circulator- TN RN license, BLS

Advanced skills needed:

Experience in service lines listed above is preferred

Procedures performed on unit: General, bariatric, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, Ortho, spine, ENT, podiatry, robotic. Primarily Ortho and spine

Certifications Required:

BLS

Dress Code : (Required uniform)

· Scrubs provided at the facility
