Hospice PRN/On-Call RN

Hospice RN PRN/On-Call Castle Hospice, part of Castle Senior Living, Inc., is looking for a PRN/On-Call Hospice RN. Minimum commitment one week night and one weekend per month, with additional hours as determined by the Hospice team. Castle Senior Living is family-owned and locally operated. Position Overview PRN RN would be responsible for covering one week night and one weekend on‑call per month, and additional hours if requested based on need and availability. The individual would provide skilled and compassionate nursing care and support to patients and families, coordinate schedule with the Hospice Director of Nursing for patient care coverage, and respond, triage, and assess patients in a timely manner to ensure patient needs are met. This position could grow into part‑time or full‑time depending on employee availability, hospice needs, and census. Qualifications Must have current certification as a Registered Nurse with the state of Wisconsin. Minimum of one year medical/surgical, hospice, home health, or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Must possess exceptional communication, problem‑solving skills, compassionate bedside manner, current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license.
