Structural Steel Shop Manager

Dynamic Systems, Inc. seeks a Structural Steel Shop Manager to lead daily operations in our construction-focused fabrication shop. You will manage a team of welders and fabricators, schedule and prioritize work, and ensure steel components meet design specs, building codes, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and field teams, maintaining safety and OSHA compliance, overseeing inventory and equipment, reading and interpreting structural drawings, and driving continuous process improvement. This role requires strong leadership, technical steel fabrication expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
