JOB TITLE: QA/QC MANAGER
ASSIGNMENT TYPE: SHORT-TERM CONTRACT (APPROX. 2.5 MONTHS)
LOCATION: SOUTH SWEDEN (SITE-BASED)
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: UNTIL END OF SEPTEMBER 2026
WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI 9H/DAY; SATURDAY 08:00-13:00 PROJECT CONTEXT
Following recent developments at site and in anticipation of high demand from the client regarding inspections and quality documentation, we are currently looking for a QA/QC Manager. The QA/QC Manager should have the following characteristics:
- Proven site experience over several years, including preparation of quality documentation (quality books) organized by systems/machines/equipment for:
- Mechanical works, structures (including alignment certificates, bolt torque tightening records, dimensional inspections, site painting certificates, etc.)
- Preferably also experience in preparing QA/QC documents for electrical works
The candidate must be able to carry out internal inspections to verify that everything is compliant before requesting inspections with the client or their third-party representatives.
- Certification in painting/coating (e.g., Frosio, NACE) would be an advantage, as there are currently several client claims related to site touch-ups.
- Additional qualifications/certifications such as Welding Engineer or NDT Level 2 would also be considered a plus.
- In the role of QA/QC Manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating a site team composed of:
- 1 Welding Inspector
- 1 QA/QC Inspector
- 1 Coating Inspector (if the candidate does not hold Frosio or NACE certification)
- Required period: immediately until approximately the end of September 2026 (extendable if necessary). Non-negotiable requirements:
- Due to urgency and bureaucratic constraints in Sweden, candidates must be EU nationals and/or already hold residency/work permit in Sweden
