Real Estate Photographer / Videographer - Cumming and Canton GA

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a contract-based role for a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer serving Forsyth County, GA and Cherokee County, GA. ***Candidates must live in the Cumming or Canton regions (required). In this position, you’ll be responsible for capturing both photo and video content that highlights each property’s best features and presents it in a compelling, market-ready way.

Day-to-day work responsibilities include shooting HDR photography, 4K video, creating 360° tours, and capturing drone images when applicable. You’ll collaborate directly with agents to ensure the final product aligns with their preferences and marketing strategy. Performing light staging or providing tips on home readiness is required when needed. Strong attention to detail, creative judgment, and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential. Images are uploaded to the editing team by the applicable daily deadline.

Team members who bring a wider range of skills will have access to more assignment opportunities. While not every project requires every service, all photographers must confidently deliver professional-level photography and 360° tours.

IMPORTANT: Candidates selected for this role must agree to sign a confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement. We are looking for individuals who are committed to contributing to and growing with our brand. This opportunity is not intended for those currently running their own real estate media business.

Required Equipment

• A professional digital DSLR camera with at least 12.0 Megs (capable of bracketing)
• An ultra wide-angle lens (10mm for cropped sensor; or 16 mm for full frame camera)
• Sturdy tripod and reliable stabilizer
• Zillow-approved 360° camera with the ability to produce clean, accurate 3D tours.

• Photographer who resides in the Cumming, GA or Canton, GA regions
• Experience in real estate photography and videography
• Professional communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with agents and sellers on-site
• Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with quick turnaround expectations
• Reliability and punctuality—arriving prepared and ready to execute
• A solid eye for lighting, composition, and showcasing spaces effectively
• A willingness to learn the company’s preferred composition, shot list, etc. that may differ from your own
• Ability to work independently in the field while staying aligned with team standards
• Dependable transportation and commitment to travel within the assigned territory
