Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their unique needs and challenges. \n

- Work closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care that promotes holistic healing. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and timely support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and well-being for your clients. \n
- Educate families about mental health disorders, available treatments, and essential community resources for ongoing support. \n
- Keep detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently. \n
- Engage actively in team meetings, sharing insights, best practices, and continual learning opportunities. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in child and adolescent mental health to enhance therapeutic approaches. \n
Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This requires a compassionate approach that considers the distinct perspectives and developmental needs of young individuals and their families. Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current, valid licensure in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. \n
- In-depth understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with proven therapeutic methodologies. \n
- Demonstrated experience delivering individual and family therapy, preferably in a child-focused setting. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, underpinned by a genuine desire to support and empower clients. \n
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and a comfort level with technology in a remote working context. \n

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling to children and adolescents. \n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
