Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ppJob Summary/ppThe Golf Cart Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of the golf carts at the club. This role ensures that carts are operational, safe, clean, and well-maintained for members and guests. In addition to managing golf cart-related duties, the Golf Cart Technician will assist the golf operations team as needed, providing general support in daily activities and events./ppReporting Structure/pulliReports to the Supervisor Outside Services/li/ulpDay to Day/pulliPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on golf carts to ensure they are in safe working order./liliTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with golf carts, including battery replacements, tire changes, and brake adjustments./liliClean and wash carts regularly, ensuring they are presentable and ready for member use./liliKeep detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer recommendations./liliOrder and maintain an inventory of parts and supplies needed for golf cart repairs./liliManage the daily staging, charging, and storage of the golf cart fleet./liliCoordinate the rotation and usage of carts to ensure even wear and prevent overuse./liliEnsure golf carts are prepared and positioned for events, tournaments, and daily play, including special requests from members/guests./liliAssist with golf course set-up and break-down for tournaments and events, including cart staging and coordination./liliHelp with the movement of golf bags, equipment, and supplies as required by the golf operations team./liliProvide excellent customer service to members and guests, assisting with golf cart-related questions or issues and supporting the overall golf experience./liliCollaborate with the Golf Operations team on projects or tasks as needed./liliProvide additional assistance to the golf operations team during peak times, busy periods, or special events, such as setting up driving ranges or assisting with member services./liliReport any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor Outside Services./liliMaintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the clubs safety protocols./li/ulpAdditional Duties/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./li/ulpAbout You/ppPreferred/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliPrevious experience in mechanical maintenance, vehicle repair, or a related field./liliExperience working in golf course operations or hospitality is a plus./liliStrong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course management./liliBasic mechanical skills with the ability to perform repairs and maintenance on golf carts./liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety./liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure./liliCustomer service-oriented, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for club members and guests./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliPrimarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity./liliSitting, standing, walking, climbing/ladders, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs., talking, hearing, and seeing./li/ulpPrimary Tools/Equipment/pulliGolf Carts/liliBatteries/liliTools (screwdriver, wrench, hammer, etc.)/liliPressure/cart washer/liliCleaners/soaps/liliGloves/liliAir compressor/li/ulpWork Schedule/pulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
