System Analyst Role | W2 Contract Opportunity

We are hiring for a System Analyst position for candidates with strong analytical and technical skills.
Job Type: W2 Contract
Experience: 1 7 Years
Work Authorization: H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering and system documentation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum.
- Understanding of SDLC, system workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Create functional specifications and process documentation.
- Work with business, development, and QA teams.
- Perform data validation and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support testing, implementation, and system enhancements.

- Remote, Hybrid & Onsite opportunities available.
- Candidates must be currently located in the United States.
