Glint Tech Solutions, a women-owned global IT staffing and recruiting firm, is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to find a Healthcare NSA Analyst with strong claims testing expertise.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Join a team validating healthcare claims processing, benefits, pricing, and adjudication workflows within HealthRules Payer (HRP), including EDI transactions, Blue Card claims, and HRP-to-TPA processes. You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA across the US, India, and Mexico.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute functional and end-to-end testing of claims processing within HRP
Validate business rules, benefits, pricing configurations, and adjudication accuracy
Test EDI 837 files and related claims workflows
Support Blue Card claims scenarios and HRP-to-TPA transaction validation
Build and run test cases tied to business/functional requirements
Track and support resolution of defects and production issues
Partner with business and IT teams on system changes and enhancements

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
7+ years in healthcare claims processing, operations, or claims testing
Hands-on HealthRules Payer (HRP) experience, including local claims processing
EDI 837 validation experience
Blue Card claims and/or HRP-to-TPA workflow knowledge
Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9/10, CDT, Revenue, and DRG codes
SQL for data validation and claims analysis
Azure DevOps or similar defect-tracking tools
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
