Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care for clients. \n
- Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure adherence to best practices and enhance patient outcomes. \n
- Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey. \n
- Staying current with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health. \n

- An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Strong understanding of solution-focused and trauma-informed care principles, with the ability to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients. \n
