Medical Assistant II-X-Ray

Texas Joint Institute in Dallas is seeking a Medical Assistant II-X-Ray to support our orthopedic team. This role combines direct patient care with basic radiographic imaging. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining histories and vitals, assisting with orthopedic exams and procedures, preparing and maintaining exam rooms, performing limited X-rays per certification, ensuring radiation safety, updating EHRs, and coordinating patient flow. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and therapists in a patient-centered environment that values learning, teamwork, and excellence in joint care.
