Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve in public schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, lead homework and enrichment activities, track student progress, and collaborate with teachers. You will model positive behavior, build trusted relationships, and promote an inclusive, equitable classroom climate.
