Admissions Nurse/Weekend Supervisor (RN) Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to lead and make a real impact? Fair Oaks Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated RN Admissions/Weekend Supervisor to coordinate new resident admissions, oversee weekend nursing operations, and support our amazing care team. You'll ensure smooth resident transitions, provide hands‑on leadership, and promote top‑quality, compassionate care. What You’ll Do Welcome new residents and families with professionalism and compassion. Complete admission assessments, documentation, and care planning. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transactions. Provide resident and family education about care, routines, and expectations. Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in admission documentation. Support the nursing team as needed during the shift. What We’re Looking For Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required – strong mentorship provided. Excellent communication, organizational, and assessment skills. A caring professional who can balance clinical accuracy with compassion.
