Transportation Coordinator/Driver

Clarendale Ann Arbor is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver/ Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing activity duties as required Rotating shift with weekend availability when needed. 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. Clean and wash vehicle. May perform housekeeping functions as directed. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top‑line revenue and occupancy.
