Position Summary

Join City Cruises as a Captain and lead vessel operations while delivering safe, memorable experiences for every guest. This role combines maritime leadership, exceptional service, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Command and safely operate passenger vessels.
• Lead and develop crew members.
• Ensure Coast Guard compliance and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-cruise planning and emergency drills.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Support vessel maintenance and operations.

What We're Looking For

• Current 100-Ton Captain License.
• 5+ years of marine experience.
• Strong vessel handling and navigation skills.
• Leadership experience and safety-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
