Reason for opening: Gap in coverageSchedule /Shift hours: Monday-Friday in the clinic 8am-5pmType of privileges clinic/hospital/both: BothSetting: Inpatient Outpatient or Both?: BothIf Inpatient # of beds: 253Call requirement: NoneRounding admissions or none?: NonePatient demographics: 18Average patients per day: In the clinic average is 16Required Procedures: NoneRequired clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 monthsWill provider work solo? If not other providers specialties working with them: No there are GI MD and other APPs that are part of the practice Licensed Candidate: Yes/No: Yes Washington license is required to be in hand at time of present. Required certifications Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable: BLSEMR: EPIC Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
