Reach Truck Operator

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. The Reach Truck Operator will safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory and following all safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has previous reach truck experience, a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Put away inventory in designated storage locations.
• Retrieve products and materials for orders.
• Safely handle pallets and warehouse materials.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any issues to management.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory placement.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work with other warehouse employees to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck operating experience required.
• Ability to safely operate a reach truck in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment and personnel.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
