Media Strategy Associate

Supporting the planning and execution of digital media campaigns, the freelance Media Strategy Associate will work remotely for 40 hours a week through September, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and media vendors to manage campaign details and provide media recommendations. Key responsibilities Support day-to-day development, execution, and maintenance of digital media plans and budgets Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure proper campaign launches and operations Prepare and manage media documents such as RFPs, plans, presentations, and campaign records Required qualifications 2-4 years of media planning experience, focusing on digital and social media Strong experience across various media channels, including video, OTT, and programmatic Understanding of media metrics, planning terminology, and analytics tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
