Job Details Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hour nights Employment Type: Travel Compensation Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2268 $500 Contract Completion Bonus Responsibilities Variable day and night shifts Guaranteed 36 hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week or holidays when unit is closed) Primary location at Howard Young Medical Center Float to other units as needed, including potential float to Medical/Surgical unit Float to Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk locations (schedules pre‑planned) May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours Every other weekend and every other holiday required 10‑bed ICU/IMC unit with 34‑bed Medical/Surgical unit Patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:3‑1:4 for IMC, and 1:5‑1:6 for Medical/Surgical Qualifications Required: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS Preferred: EPIC charting experience, NIHSS certification, one travel assignment Minimum 2 years of ICU experience Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Contractors must live outside a 50‑mile radius from the facility Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit 401(k) with 100% matching Monthly reimbursement for health insurance Stipends for lodging, meals, and incidentals (tax‑free where applicable) 24/7 on‑call support Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Referral bonus Location Woodruff, WI.
