Pest Control Technician

Mosquito Squad Plus of Idaho

Job Description

Immediate opening for Lead pest control technician. Idaho Pesticide applicator license is preferrable, but not required to be hired. Recourses to take and pass applicator licensing test will be provided. Signing bonus for applicants with an active Pesticide Applicator licenses!

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee depot and prepare your vehicle for day to day operation.
Work closely with owner to ensure smooth operation of local market
Apply pesticides to landscaping according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
Identify sources of client pest issues, and practice tactics in source reduction
Safely drive company vehicle to clients' houses or places of business.
Complete required production forms.
May assist in sales to current clients (upsell current customers for commissions)
Expertly answer frequently asked client questions.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must have a positive service attitude
Must be dependable, reliable, and able to self-manage.

Drivers License
Pesticide applicator license (preferred but not required)
