Job Title: Traveling SuperintendentJob Location: Jacksonville, FL and Travel throughout the SoutheastSalary: $75K-125KRequirements: 5+ years of construction experience on multifamily, hospitality and senior-living projects. Position Overview:The Traveling Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects across various locations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel to different sites and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on multifamily, hotel, and senior living developments.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise construction projects from planning through completion at multiple sites.Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and quality standards.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and expenditures.Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction to minimize delays.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, particularly in multifamily and hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively to various project sites.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Experience in senior living and extended stay hotel construction is a plus.BenefitsMedical VisionDental 401(K)BonusAnd More!
