Job Title: Project Manager - Software/System Implementation
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week We're looking for someone with strong experience managing software/system implementations and third-party vendors . The PM will help evaluate proposals, coordinate vendor demos, manage multiple workstreams in parallel, and keep both internal teams and vendors on track through implementation and go-live. Key experience we're looking for:

Key experience we're looking for:
- Software/system implementation Project Management
- Third-party vendor and vendor selection/management experience
- Experience driving implementations through go-live and production support
- Experience evaluating proposals and coordinating software demos
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams
- Familiarity with API integrations, OAuth, and security controls
- Experience drafting or supporting implementation proposals
- NEMT, transportation, healthcare, and/or HIPAA experience is highly preferred
