About the Role:

CAS-Homecare Health Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate CNA/GNA to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote independence and safety
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to support client well-being
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervising nurses regarding care updates
Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all state and agency compliance standards

Requirements:

Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) license with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
Prior experience in total care
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore, MD area
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for caregiving
