This position reports to the Regional Team Leader and is responsible for guiding, instructing, directing and leading the group to achieve discipline, individual and team goals. This role may accommodate full-time in-person or hybrid working arrangements working from Coral Gables, FL, Charlotte, NC or Virginia Beach, VA.We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. #LI-SN1What You Will Do:Supervise, manage and motivate team members daily to function in a goal-oriented manner.Through supportive leadership create an inspiring and trusting team environment promoting the growth of team members with an open communication culture.Utilize your expertise, peers, influence, and/or creativeness to formulate smooth team operations and effective team collaboration.Effectively resolve conflict within teams by initiating and facilitating communication.Effectively plan and schedule workload and performance of team members.Establish and improve levels of technical competence, quality and efficiency of projects.Monitor the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team.Ensure team is right sized, right skilled and trained.Interview and hire team members in collaboration with the Regional Team Leader.Listen to team feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts escalating issues if needed.Partners with Human Resources for strategic people management duties.Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.What You Will Bring:BA/BS or MS degree in ArchitectureMinimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience is required.
