Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience Proven experience developing and executing enterprise HR strategies aligned with business and financial objectives Preferred Requirements: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline Global or international Human Resources leadership experience The successful candidate will serve as the senior Human Resources leader responsible for building and executing an integrated people strategy that supports business performance, organizational growth, and long-term success. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will advise senior leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change while providing leadership across the broader HR function.
