Director of Environmental Services
Full-Time | Up to $70,000-$75,000 annually

Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Services to lead housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, and overall facility cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in environmental services, housekeeping, facilities, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead housekeeping and laundry teams
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards
Manage staffing, schedules, supplies, and department operations
Conduct inspections and address concerns promptly
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility requirements
Collaborate with nursing, maintenance, and facility leadership

Qualifications:

Environmental services or housekeeping leadership experience required
Healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, or senior living experience preferred
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
