Responsibilities As a Maintenance Tech, your primary responsibility is the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the facility and grounds. Work under the direction of the Maintenance Director. Operate equipment and tools properly and safely. Monitor supplies and usage. Perform assigned maintenance and repair duties as assigned. Perform any scheduled repairs and maintenance of facility and equipment. Complete maintenance logs accurately and timely. Transport residents to and from their scheduled appointments. Requirements Experience in Maintenance, Housekeeping, or Environmental Services helpful. Experience in long-term care helpful. Reliable transportation required. Valid PA Driver's License.
