Cogir Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee day-to-day physical plant operations across our senior communities. You will supervise the facilities staff, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and code compliance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in large property maintenance, 1–2 years supervisory experience, HVAC/plumbing knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for serving seniors.
