We are currently seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) for a four-day-per-week position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceptional Patient Care: Treat patients with compassion, help them feel comfortable and informed, and take pride in providing thoughtful, excellent care.
• Expanded Dental Functions: Perform expanded functions within your authorized scope and support the dentist during treatment.
• Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection-control standards.
• Team Collaboration: Treat colleagues with kindness and respect, especially during busy days, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Initiative and Dependability: Recognize what needs to be done, willingly lend a hand, follow through on commitments, and earn the trust of others.
• Office and Equipment Care: Take ownership of maintaining and caring for office equipment and supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Required Pennsylvania EFDA credentials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• A willingness to take initiative, welcome feedback, and continually improve.

SCHEDULE:

Four-day workweek.
