Role Overview:

• Take charge of your book of business, building and nurturing client relationships through referrals, social media, and networking.
• Act as a trusted advisor, assessing risks and recommending coverage while providing proactive account management.
• Focus on client retention and account expansion by delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.
• Utilize your expertise to market new business, field underwrite risks, and collaborate with carriers for optimal solutions.
• Enhance your community presence by representing the agency at events and on social media.
• Stay informed and grow professionally through continuous learning and industry involvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Successful experience in commercial underwriting, marketing, and production (5 years preferred).
• Current state insurance license.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and committed to client advocacy.
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific systems.
