We're looking for a customer-focused Dealer Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our dealer network, providing exceptional support, processing orders accurately, and ensuring dealers receive timely information regarding products, inventory, and order status.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls from dealers and provide outstanding customer service
• Process sales orders accurately and within established service standards
• Assist new and existing dealers with order placement and account support
• Provide updates regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information
• Serve as a liaison between dealers and internal departments to support efficient order fulfillment
• Respond to dealer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
• Support team objectives and assist with additional projects as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative support, inside sales, call center, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
