Company: Certified Mobile Notary Service Location: Remote (Nationwide)

About the Role: Join Certified Mobile Notary Service as a Remote Notary Signing Agent and take control of your career. You will assist clients with notarizing essential documents from the convenience of their location.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform remote and in-person notarizations.
  • Review and explain loan and legal documents.
  • Provide exceptional service and professionalism during every signing.
  • Ensure proper document execution and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active notary public commission.
  • Remote Online Notary (RON) certification is a plus.
  • High-speed internet and secure computer setup for online notarizations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
