Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specialized in Labor and Delivery for a contract position in Austin, TX. This role involves night and day shifts at a medical facility where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. As part of the Labor and Delivery team, you will utilize your skills in a unit with cutting-edge equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, adhering to a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform tasks such as SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC
• Utilize equipment including Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and US EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EMR system

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
• Intermediate fetal monitoring and EFM competence
• SVE competency and C-Section circulation experience
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
