To ensure we deliver improved benefit-to-risk solutions, we will guide and expect the market and design requirement specifications underlying our engineering, business development, and clinical research activities, objectively target advancements in standards of care.Job Summary of the Sr. Dynamics 365 Technical ArchitectThe Sr. Dynamics 365 Technical Architect will play a key role within a growing team responsible for the support and evolution of an enterprise ERP ecosystem built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role drives the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable custom solutions, including D365 extensions, X++ customizations, API and SFTP integrations, and enterprise reporting using SQL, and Power BI.The architect will support data mapping for integration and data loads ensuring data integrity across a complex integration landscape that includes systems such as Tulip (MES), Dynamics CRM, Workday, LMS, Master Control, and other third-party platforms.This position requires deep hands-on expertise in X++ development, API-based integrations, Power Platform, SQL, and Azure services, combined with strong leadership in technical solution design and delivery. The ideal candidate will champion modern, scalable architecture, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality, resilient solutions across the ERP ecosystem.Requirements of the Sr. Dynamics 365 Technical ArchitectMinimum 12 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement).Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure IntegrationExpertise in API development, SQL, middleware integration, and data migration toolsFamiliarity with ERP/CRM integration, custom reporting, X++ coding, and business processExcellent project management and stakeholder communicationPreferred Skills / QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (FI and/or SCM)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional ConsultantAzure Fundamentals CertificationExperience with SQL Server and BISix Sigma, Transactional Lean or similar certification preferredResponsibilities of the Sr. Dynamics 365 Technical ArchitectThe specific duties of the Sr. Dynamics 365 Technical Architect include but are not limited to:Provide Dynamics 365 administration expertise in a Cloud Hosted environmentServe as the Lead Architect, providing guidance on solution design and best practices with expertise driving continuous improvement across business process workstreams: Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, Inventory to Deliver, Acquire to Retire, and Record to ReportResponsible for optimization, customization, and configuration of Dynamics 365 System to include leveraging X++, Power Apps, API’s, SQL and like technologiesExpert with integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems including CRM, MES (Tulip), Workday, LMS, Master Control, and other enterprise systems leveraging various technologies such as, APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure toolsSolid knowledge of ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and their role in extending Dynamics 365 capabilitiesPerforms routine administrative tasks such as maintaining user accounts and security profiles, running check links; reconciles, software releases, and deploying packagesCoordinates activities between IT, hardware systems, data services, hosting vendor, external organizations and user communityEnsure adherence to Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements within a Life SciencesMaintain compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations for electronic records andEnsure continuity and efficiency by troubleshooting errors, evaluating data, and helping to maintain data integrity, including testing, and analyzing data anomaliesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budgetEnsure system scalability, security, and adherence to best practices for enterprise architecturePerforms data mapping exercises to support integrations and data loadsLocation111 West Oak Ave., Tampa, FL 33602#LI-AC1Benefits/CompensationThis position is eligible for an annual bonus.Benefits offered for this position include Health, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K, Paid Time Off, 9 Paid Holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Medical Flexible Spending Accounts, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Caregiver Leave, Basic Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Disability Insurance, as described in more detail in summary plan descriptions.Salary Range$126,058—$157,572 USDAxogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance.
