Job Summary

We are hiring Behavior Technicians to work with clients at home or a clinic setting specifically in the afternoon. Technicians will be working directly with clients. Technicians will be required to drive from and to client homes.

Responsibilities

Working Directly with children and adults

Following treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Drive to clients homes or place of service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field (Plus not needed)

Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Have at least your AA/HS with 6months- 1 year of childcare or ABA experience Or in progress/ completed BA/BS

Able to pass criminal background check

Reliable form of transportation. Willing to drive to patient homes.
